Professionals in this health science field study and record the electrical activity of the central, peripheral and autonomic nervous systems using sophisticated electronic testing equipment.

Polysomnagraphy Technology Program: The Institute of Health Sciences offers a Polysomnography Certificate Program through the School of Electroneurodiagnostic Technology and PSG. The certificate program prepares the student with Internet-based online didactic lectures and accredited laboratory based clinical practicum.

The Polysomnography Technology program is only offered long distance through the IOHS Delaware campus facility and is approved by the State of Delaware Education Commission.
